Это обучение оказалось безумно интересным и прикладным — мы в рамках него исследовали работу мозга и нейромедиаторов, изучали эффективные методы планирования, регуляции стресса, поддержания мотивации и тд.
Многое я уже начала внедрять и в сессиях, и в собственной жизни.) Благодаря этому умудрялась совмещать работу, учебу, личную жизнь, переезд из Дубая в Милан и многочисленные перелеты.) И клиентам, судя по обратной связи, техники из нейроинтеграции помогают.
В сентябре планирую пойти на следующую, более углубленную ступень, тк очень нравится этот метод.
